A little bit about me…

Hi! My name is Olivia Hobaica, and I’m a multi-disciplinary artist originally from the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts. I began painting weddings in 2024, during my senior year at the Savannah College of Art & Design, where I studied painting and business and focused on oil painting.

While living in Savannah, I spent my weekends practicing plein air painting at the Saturday market in Forsyth Park, where I fell in love with this interactive form of art. Although Massachusetts will always feel like home, I have roots up and down the East Coast, most recently in St. Petersburg, Florida, where I’ve lived since 2024.

My work is rooted in preserving the feeling of a moment- its light, movement, and emotion. Whether I’m painting live at your wedding or creating a studio commission, I aim to capture your day in a way that feels personal and lasting.

Live wedding painting is one of my favorite ways to work because it becomes part of the celebration. Guests get to watch the painting come to life in real time, and afterward, the couple receives a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork that tells their story.
